Good .FLV Converter ?

Anyone happens to know of a good & fast video converter ? I need to convert videos from various formats to .FLV.
I've downloaded some softwares from the internet but they are sooo sloooow.
It takes about half an hour to convert an 170MB avi file to FLV :smash:

Do you guys know a faster one ? Thanks

I have tried plenty of video converters but my fav called IMToo. This has saved me valuable time over and over...

The best one I know of and I'm using on a daily basis is this:
