You could think about using a bot that use proxies to lower down the conversions. If you look around on the forum, you will probably find someone to buy it from.
I setup my own web proxy site and toss some ads on my proxied pages.
I get a few thousand hits a day on each ad with very little advertising (I haven't promoted the site since september)
