Seems pretty decent, not PHD quality but it should do absolutely fine.

If you are looking for higher quality in terms of grammar/structure then you'll just need to pay more. But as it is, that should be more than fine for a Tier 1.
 
with <b></b> <h2></h2> looks good.

Don't share your texts, another person can publish before you and it means that your content are going to be duplicate.
 
The article reminds of times when we were delivering articles for the clients that were using BMR to rank sites. They were ordering tones of articles and topics were so bad, and all articles were written like this one

1. Boring intro
2. fluff content
3. Summary.

But, for what it is, it is good OP, keep up the fluff work :)
 
I don't think it is a good idea to post your content publicly. After publishing this content anyone can find where you published it and then it will lead to your money site also.

This writing would be good for tier 2 spun, I'd invest in articles written by native english speakers for tier 1 if you want quality 2.0's otherwise just spin them and mass produce for your 2.0's that you spam. Just my .02

Really for tire 2? What are you using for tire 1 $30 content?
Most of the people use spooned and most of the time not readable content for tire 1, this is more then fine for tire1.

I normally use 200-250 words content for web2.0 links (SEO Purpose) so in my opinion its more than enough...

You are right man, the only problem is that by doing so, your SEO budget should be no less than $10k a month.
Unless you are going to build 5 web 2.0s as tier 1
:)

Obviously the higher quality you can get for all your tiers, the better, but realistically, getting good quality content for a tier 2 is practically impossible. Then again, it all depends on your budget.
 
It's pretty good content. But i recommend you to make content around 300 words for web2.0. This content seems too long .
