Good Email Submit CPAs

Before I start, yes I have used search etc so take your cliche comments elsewhere

I want to know what CPA companies are currently the best and that I can get accepted on with a website that doesn't have much traffic. Oh yeah, and that do email submits. Also if I was to apply to a CPA company that requires high traffic would they know if I lied?

1- Use cheap traffic buy sites to lower your alexa.
2- Buy traffic to your website, redirect them to your landing page and make your site as a referer.
3- Don't tell this to anyone.
