I guess this is more of an asset to other methods than a method itself but whatever. For those of you with smartphones there's an app called FatFingers that shows listings with misspellings that buyers would often miss. Most items have no bids and you can usually find great deals on there. If you are trying to buy and resell ebay items, this is a great way to do it. Recently I bought a lot of 8 items I could list in a huge pile together for $10. Won the misspelled listing, with the only bid, and resold all of its contents for $80. Not a huge contributor for me but I've made quite a few sales by using it.
