Thank you for your reply, yes i've been always in other businesses never in the Seo, i feel like i miss some opportunity in this area
@TheMarquis do you think this website is worth something? i've spent something like 30$ and thought to do 301 redirects

If you spent $30 on that, then I can assure you, it's with 99% certainty abused and spammed to death. Clean domains with those backlinks really really do not sell for $30.
Doing 301 redirect with this has a potential to obliterate your money site.

I’ve checked, on spamzilla spamscore is under 10, from web archive seem legit, the domain was linked from 2006 to an ebook that talked about school, here the real problem is the niche… idk what to do with this niche. But status of the backlinks are solid, all from usa. Not abused in the past. I think that I got luck on auction.
godaddy evaluation (for what it matters) is 540$

It might be good, since you have in it your possession and you checked it and it looks good, you can sit on it and think how to optimize it for the best use. As for godaddy evaluation, I wouldn’t even look at the number they say, because its always in the eye of the right buyer who would want the domain if they have use for it.

Spamzilla is automated and fairly irrelevant tool.
And there's no such thing as good luck at the auctions mate.
Godaddy evaluation is another automated crap.

How many referring domains?
It's impossible to get anything valuable for $30. At best (if the domain is clean) it is a low tier PBN domain. That is if you are lucky. It is definitely not money site worthy.

I can give a simple idea on what to do.
1. If its possible check the pages that had backlinks from those sites.
2. Create those pages.
3. install the analytics.
4. Enjoy the traffic if there is any.
5. Also after that you can think about redirecting those pages.

Thank you everyone for the replies, i'm willing to share all possible informations cause i'm here to learn something new and improve myself on seo. Anyway i'm using semrush.com for checking backlinks but i could be wrong on some things.
Those are the main Backlinks from authority sites, and there are other bigs:

i've checked also on google if the website is still indexed but seem not.
checked webarchive.org seem like the page is the same since 2006.
Please let me know if i'm missing something.

I went through the domain and despite being a little bit suspicous about some things in its history, I can't conclusively say that there's anything wrong with it.
So for all purposes, the domain is clean from what I am seeing.
So what I am going to say next should be cherished, because it may not be repeated again. So here we go:

OP indeed got lucky, domain seems clean, has some very nice backlinks and for $10 it was quite a steal. Reasonable price of this domain is somewhere in the range of $300 - 400.

Definitely got luck, it was my first experience and i made the investment based on some tutorials that i've read there, anyway i got some knowledge and opened my mind thanks also to the approach that got @Nargil , anyway i think there are lot of opportunity and this is the proof. it cost me 1 day for find that domain and 1 month to sell it, but the ROI is great
