Good Customer Order Management Software?

Hey everyone,

I've got an online store selling quite a few products and its starting to get some traffic and making a few sales everyday. Im currently keeping track of customer orders in excel but know that once orders pickup this is going to be a completely ineffecient way to do things.

I was wondering if anyone knew of good software that would allow me to manage my customer orders and order information?

i have two websites, one on pinnaclecart and one on bigcommerce.

i dropship my products so i dont care about tracking inventory, creating shipping labels etc.

i just want to be able to record orders and product information in one place.
