Hi guys,

I am getting an average of 8% CTR for my paid search ads to my website and an average of 50% CTR from my website to my clickbank offer but zero sales. I tested both video and text for my clickbank offer with about 150 clicks for each video and text.

Does this mean that the offer is just not a good one? I'm not sure how to proceed from here. Should I change offers or is there another way to make this current offer work?

Thanks in advance and can't wait to hear what you guys have to say,
Sharif

Have you installed a heat map plugin/code snippet, and know how your funnel performs in each of the steps?

Things are not white or black on this topic.

Well ads can only bring the customer to your website and the job of those ads is done there after that how your website converts depends on how good your product/service is. Maybe check for your website and make changes accordingly.

No I haven't installed one but I am getting 50% CTR from my website to the offer's sit. So does this not indicate that the problem is potentially with the offer's site since sales are at zero?

Im getting good CTR from my webiste to the clickbank sales page. Could this mean that the problem is with the clickbank sales page?

Sorry if im not being clear.

I had an amazing website in 2015. It was build on Cushy CMS platform and i was getting tones of work and online booking. The website was crashing a lot and my web designer was a nightmare to deal with. So i decided to get a new Wordpress website and to change the look of the website. Big mistake. I nearly lost my business. 0 work for 6 months. I had to get another company to build up another website the same like the one i had first. The busy life was back in days.

So my question is, is your landing page relevant? Too much nonsense or too little information can put off a customer. Easy access to pages. Finding the book or buy online. Etc. It all matter

Thanks for the reply, I definitely see your point. I always thought that less is better in the context of pre selling my traffic and connecting them to my product. I changed my landing page a few times already and got to about 50% CTR from my pre sell page to my offer page. This is what is confusing me as to what is the problem. Is it my landing page or the product page itself? Or am I just not using the proper marketing method for the product I am trying to sell.

If you have a second, can I send you my website link to check out?

Rearing in mind the CTR is good enough, what product or service you are targeting to which geo does matter a lot. (1 factor you need to deeply analyze, apart from other factors).

Did the offer performed well in the past and then dropped ? Or it's a new offer you test now ?
If it's the latter, probably it's a bad offer. Just move on with the next offer.
Looking at the numbers you provided, you should have sales. There's something wrong with the offer, this is my opinion, so you should just drop it and find another one.

It depends on a lot of factors , I would say do some more testing in ads , is the ad leading in the traffic perfect for the traffic. The ad might be giving a different impression of what is offered when they website is visited.

CTR doesn't mean shit.

For ads, you always want to work backwards. So CTR and ad copy are the least important of all.

99% of conversions depend on either the traffic or the offer.

If you aren't using the right offer for your traffic, then you won't get conversions.

If you aren't sending the right traffic for your offer, then you won't get conversions.

Understood regarding the conversion(s) part. But, CTR means a lot when it comes to CPC (unless ofcourse if someone uses churn & burn accounts). I use both "real" and churn & burn accounts. In the "real" accounts, high CTR drastically reduces the CPC(s).

Do your page look like an Ad?

I used the first few paragraphs of the clickbank sales page and I believe this is why my ctr is at %50 or above. I tried it with 2 other clickbank offers and I get the same results, which is %50 ctr from my landing page to the clickbank offer. But no sales.

The reason I tried this is because from what I understand, I must get the audience to the clickbank page and let the clickbank page do the selling. But i definitely could be wrong if I am not getting any sales or its just my audience?

Hey Raj, yes my im using real account with Bing ads and my cpc is usually about 10 cents per click for targeted keywords.

Hi, I definitely think that could be the problem. Ive gotten good at getting high ctr for different campaigns with Bing ads and even Fb groups but I could never make any sales. Its so frustrating because I feel like im so close.

I make sure to use content from the clickbank page for both my bing ads and my presell landing page so that I could get a good flow from the ad to my landing page to the sales page. I believe thats why my ctr has increase so much for both my bing ads and my website. Just cant make a sale for the life of me. Im even doing good with fb group to my website.

I only got 1 sale for about 700 clicks from bing. Keywords are targeted with list of negative keywords.

Possible reasons,
Ads are attractive but not relevant to the landing page.
Landing page is bad, don't sell anything.

What's about Quality Score for your Ads ?

My Quality Score for my ads is 9/10. Ive been using bing ads for a while now, Im pretty good at getting good QS score.

I keep my landing page short without any distraction. Just one click to action button. But if they click the button, doesnt it mean that the landing page has done its job?
