Good crypto affiliate programs?

What are some good crypto affiliate programs that don't require you to have a website or social media following in order to get approved. Im using primexbt but the issue is im unable to market to US customers and a lot of other countries with it.

All of them are afraid from the FTC - SEC ... you will not find ANY broker work in the US now after the BO scandals , get yourself some email lists from EU , AU , Middle east .... , harder to convert but with $400 per lead that shit will pay off . maxbounty have some offers last time i checked , if not find yourself some Israeli broker and cut a deal with them (go with FTD if you know what you are doing)
