Good countries to create IG accounts?

Hello guys, I'm buying a series of residential Proxy and 4G proxy, and none of them want to create accounts on Instagram, it's very likely that it's Pais, does anyone recommend a country for me to create accounts on IG?

I might be wrong but... country doesn't matter it's what you do with the accounts.

Probably the proxies you bought are "burned".

they have probably been used b4 so are flagged up straight away
you might wanna try a demo product b4 you buy
