The 'webexxpurts' white labels are pretty popular and for the most part are non responsive to e-mail threats. If someone actually files a DMCA violation form, they're more likely to respond to it. Of course, this all depends on the location of your VPS (ie: the ones out of Haifa, Israel are pretty non-responsive for some reason!

I've used Delimiter (hit up Google or your favorite search engine, I don't support them enough to give you a direct link), but their customer support sucks royal donkey nuts (vice standard donkey nuts).

Cheers, am actually with hostgator on shared hosting, was just looking at that exact VPS. Might be worth going with them and letting them migrate everything over!
