Good, cheap, PERSONAL VPS?

I'm looking for a PERSONAL VPS server. So I don't need it to run SE Nuke, to mass email, etc. I need it to host files, stream videos from it, download torrents to it, etc.

I need it to be cheap, hopefully under $20 a month. I don't need it to be managed. Of course I want it to be reliable. Preferred location is the US, Germany, NL, but others will work (just not Asia). Also I need as much bandwidth as possible as I'll be doing all the downloading.

Any suggestions?

Flipperhost.com. I used it for my website, their price is incredibily cheap but their VPS is good. VPS Setup almost instant.
 
I recommend intovps. They have five locations and best prices for best configurations.
 
I recently ordered from bermanhosting too. The speed in the night was 300mb, now it is about 90mb when there are more people, the main server is 1gbit. When it is written that the bandwith is unlimited it must be.
 
i used too Flipperhost and if you searching cheap and +- normal vps you should buy fromFlipperhost :P

The basic Linode 512 plan is only $19.95/month.
For unmanaged VPS, Linode can't be beat.
