Any provider or further advice for this? I am currently looking one solid solution for google scraping and managing several social accounts.

For google and managing social media accounts, you'd need dedicated/ static IPs. This will help prevent captchas and login checks. You can use private proxies especially if you need to maximize bandwidth at a lower cost. The safest ratio is to use one private proxy for one account.
