Good Bot tools to use on android

Anybody have a recommendation for a good tool to use for making bots on an android phone? I'm looking to make auto update bots, maybe some bots to automatically like posts from people I follow on social media, and maybe initiate an alert and notify my via email if any from my social media channels mention my username in their posts

For the task described here you would need a custom bot, but I am unfamiliar with hosting bots on android phones. (I don't say it's not possible just that I am not familiar with it.)

But you can host such a bot on a $5 digital ocean and inside script can be added logic to send you email notification about actions done in the last 2 hours, and sending event-based emails aka mentions, replies to your comment, and so on.

Also instead of having an android app, it's possible to have some mobile responsive admin panel that would be updated in real-time, and it can be accessed through mobile devices.
