Good blog examples for adsense/clickbank/amazon?

I'm about to make the foray into the world of autoblogging, and already have a site created with a lot of content that is ready for adsense/clickbank/and perhaps even amazon. It's already got a custom theme, so I wondered if anyone would please share a url example of what they believe to be a nice and effective adsense/advertising layout. I'm very new to this so visual examples would help me greatly. I do not want my site to appear overly spammish once I start doing my scrapebox blasts.

still won't work I pmd wicked guy I am looking to do something similar to what his script was doing but with a bit of a twist to it. Can't seem to get hold of him to ask if this script is still running and available.
