Depend, what are you trying to automate?
Most of automation tool out there handcrafted by developers. They usually aim for mostly used workflow that people would like to automate to build around it. For niche use-case you may found lack of automation tool available.

You can use tools like Zapier or Integromat to automate without writing code. If you need something more customized, look for a freelancer on Fiverr or Upwork.
