Good auto refresher for fiverr ?

Guys is there a good auto refresher for fiverr ?
I'm using Auto Refresh Plus from the google webstore and I've been wondering whether there are better ones or ones you guys used ?
I know most of you will say it will get me banned on fiverr, yea I agree that's why the auto refresher should have random intervals function and the duration must be around 45s to 270s

Can you explain what autorefresh do for your fiverr gig? I never hear about this method

So auto refreshers are usually extensions what it will do is refresh my profile every random time, what this does is it makes fiverr think I'm active on their site so they will show my status as online.
Now you might ask why do you need to show you are online ?
The reason is you can get more sales,or impressions,clicks on your gigs if you are online frequently.
Fiverr legit says about this, you can google about this.

You can use "random refresh" and set the timer from 1-5 mins. It will randomly refresh your site with the selected range.
