Good article site?

Is there any site where you do not get paid based by views when u make an article? Because, I am to write like 1000 articles a month and each getting +100 views, that would give me $70-100.
I'm a member of Triond but I have problem getting views so what I want you guys to tell me:
1) An article site where you aren't paid based by views
2) An article site where members browse articles a lot and it's easy to get your article views and earn good money ( or a method to gain +100 views to 1000 articles a month )
