I truly advise you to upgrade to VPS. It's much cheaper than a dedicated server, but you still have full control of your virtual server environment. For example, technicians from VSYS hosting, watch all the clients 24/7 and can easily offer you an upgrade based on your specific needs.

every other providers are good than godaddy lol ..but for same price range i would suggest namecheap

literally ANYBODY other than GoDaddy, EIG compaies or 1and1 (or whatever the f they call themselves now)... seriously...the biggest and the worst in the industry

I'm not sure where you are, or what your total needs are. Or your level of experience in setting up your own backend. I'd like to chime in on the GoDaddy hate (and add my Yahoo hate -- people still host on Yahoo Business).
Two resources that have not been mentioned:

If you know what you're doing and don't have to outsource the help, this can save you tons of money. It's far from user-friendly and simple though.

I've used them off and on for several years and never been anything but happy with them. They're not interested in a flashy front-end, but if you know what you're doing, the backend is very useful and you only pay for what you need -- at every level. They're very fair.

Personally i don't like shared hosting for various limitations. You can go with Digital occean, Vultr or linode for VPS. Those all are great. For Cheap control panel you can use aapanel instead of cpanel though for new user cpanel will be good for you. By the way $500 is good budget for a growing website.

Closte charges per visitor or per page views ?
What is your bandwidth and space projections? Namecheap has been horrible for shared hosting past year. Bluehost will crack with sudden traffic surge. So with any other share hosting provider. My suggestion - go with a $5 digitalocean droplet that will let you scale as needed.
