What are good alternatives to Godaddy? I have a shared hosting with them, and my Website is growing every month. Therefore sometimes the Web gets slow or directly is unreachable. After a few arguments with the Godaddy support, I was thinking about moving the Website to a new hosting. The idea is upgrade the hosting I already have, but not spend 500 dollars every year doing it. What's the best hosting right now with a good service but not too expensive? Maybe I should go for a VPS instead of another shared hosting, but I don't want to spend a fortune.

Which is your content? Do you have any DMCA content? Do you need Offshore Hosting?

Check blazingfast.io, javapipe, fastpipe.io, myvirtualserver.de or Hetzner Cloud, BuyVM very cheap and with quality network.

More cheap than this providers, I only know one here in the forum AlexHost

I use stablehost for my hosting. They are not a well known brand but their service is top notch and price is too affordable!!

I like Hostpapa for share plans. Scala hosting has good and affordable VPS with sPanel (alternative to cPanel)

Are you honestly asking which company is better than the total shittest of all the shittest?! Anyone really!

Go with a 1GBps VPS, install some free panel into it and you're good to go,
you'll get a better performance with the same price

Namecheap - but renewals are a bit overpriced, but generally good support
Moniker is decent, but better for white hat stuff.

You are spending $500 per year. Feel sorry for you.

Anything is better than GoDaddy.

You can go for cloudways / wpx.

If you want to manage your own vps, you can go for DO, vultr.

I have been with this company https://www.webhostpython.com/ for over 2 years, tech support is outstanding, I have never had any real problems minor stuff. I host over 20 different ecom sites to blogs, to video sites with them. I have one of their reseller accounts but use it just for my sites.
I highly recommend them. Very happy with this company

Most providers mentored here do have money back guarantee terms. Why don't use those period of times as test periods? I think they will help you to make sure. In this case you will test real service and won't lose your money by the end of the day.

If you are using all the resources that a shared host like godaddy offers moving to another shared hosting company is really not going to fix the issue. All shared host have set resources that a site can use. this is how they stack so many sites on them.

If your site is really growing and this is going to be a long term play then you would be better off moving to a KVM VPS or even a dedicated servers. If you go with a KVM this gives you room to grow as you can always come back and add more resources to that server.

Every other host will be better than godaddy, so move anywhere and feel the difference :D

Ha, Are you sure due to your increasing traffic thus your site lag? is NOT TRUE ,
I can't imaging I still with GoDaddy bet now my site can't even load fast. The Main thing is they Only care to earn money don't give their clients value using their service. Is their technical support really crap, you never know they purposely lag your site so that you keep upgrading your host package . They always will say due to your traffic so site lag is B S to be honest.

Now my site still able to load fast despite tons of big pictures , videos from youtube etc. finger cross still ok.with siteground.

What Siteground plan are you using? Siteground is one of the most expensive, although it offers a good service according to many reviews. The idea is to not spend a fortune on my hosting, since my webiste is still small (24.000 visitors a month).
