What are some good affiliate programs to use from your guys experience. It seems like Clickbank sucks due to the fact very few people seem to buy products from those random vendors and one would have to have insane amounts of targeted traffic to get conversions. Amazon seems like a good choice although the time to convert from the onset of the cookie is 24 hours. What affiliate programs do you guys use? I prefer big name vendors with long cookie times if that is not asking too much ;).

Clickbank works well with the right traffic and promotion.

The best thing to do is figure out what you want to sell or promote and then find the best program for it.

It sounds like you are interested in products so take a look at cj.com. Also EPN.

For real products check out the google affiliate network and ShareASale too.

Check my sig. They store lifetime cookies for people who clicks on your affiliate link. Definitely one of the best companies that I've worked with.

The reason I wanted big names is because my original plan was to simply do automated stuffing via forums, blogs, etc. that allow HTML or some other way to getting redirects in there. Get banned, rinse, repeat. Normal people go to sites like Amazon and Ebay anyway but I don't see how I much traffic would be going to the random no-name vendors. By simply redirecting to CB ads I doubt I will get a good conversion rate. Am I looking at this in the wrong way?

Do most blackhats just SEO very legitmate looking "stores" selling the products? Any advice on getting started with clickbankbank?

this has been a good affiliate for newbies with easy setup

It depends a whole lot off your ideas about online marketing , I do straight CPA+SEO and uses old school networks like neverblue and azoogle amongst a few.

Hi there, we had the same problems a while ago, i.e. we also could not find reliable affiliate programs for our own adult websites.

So we set up a new website specifically meant for collecting such recommendations from fellow webmasters and allowing them to leave votes for good programs, at the moment everything is still VERY beta, but there are some changes scheduled, and we've gotten some pretty good feedback already.

you may want to have a look, just check out adult-affiliate-directory. info
At the moment, many submissions are still pending review. We are doing that to keep referral codes out of the system.
