Goo.gl

Hi Found Google url shortener but it seems you can use only Google proeuxct with it ? Is that true? Also if its OK for using with affiliate networks like CJ Copeac Clickbank etc where is the install for it? as I jsut cant see it at goo.gl Thanks

Cool I however just installed Google toolbar that has goo.gl on it now but it dont work
