gologin payment issue ? anyone else?

Hey so ive been using gologin for about 3-4 months for my ecom work and ever since i removed my payment card from gologin dasboard the option for me to add a new payment has disappeared and now i have to wait for my 30 days to run out and then i pay which then they have to confirm my payment which takes 1-3 days in some cases its annoying and im just wondering if im the only one with this issue ? im thinking of downloading all my gologin accounts and creating a new account with a new payment and never touching the payment and let it do its thing
