Like a user before said, check what keywords it is ranking for, some of the top ones and look at the results - are they dominated by high authority sites? If so, PBN.

What if there are atleast 2-3 sites with low DR ranking on it? Do you think the keyword is considered a good keyword without any sites having PBN link?
