going to buy AMR.. any usage tips for article creation?

Going to purchase AMR today. Just wondering if you guys could share any tips for creating good articles with proper anchor texts/keywords or any other usage tips.

Greatly appreciated.

My tips:

- Fill in everything in the author accoutn boxes (except fax, you dont need that) and make sure to use a domain email adress, i.e. [email protected]

- Definitely go with Decaptcher.com or DeathbyCaptcha as a Captcha Services, i had about 95% success with either one.

- Make sure to choose the right categories (look some of them up on ezine or goarticles beforehand)

- Spin the title as much as you can - I go for at least 10 diff. spun titles

- No more than 3% Keyword Density

- Not more than 3 Keywords

- No links in the body - but put two anchor text links in the Resource Box.

What's your success rate for inbuilt AMR list? Or else do you use own one?

I have about 2100 Directories (PR2+) and get about 1200 successful submissions ( I do ezine and goarticles manually, tho).
You want to delete the articles with errors like "Not accepting articles" "permanently moved" etc.

I use the low PR0-1 directories to backlinks some other backlinks.
 
So in the resources section that is the only place i should be putting my backlinks, i would assume it is not a good idea to include my links in the article body?
 
also is it good practice to resubmit the same article but spun to the same directory using the same source url? or is it best to submit a completly new article using the same source url?
