Hey guys,

i am currently implementing my new web design company site and i would like to get constructive comments and criticism from the forum first. please take a look!

im starting a flyer campaign tomorow, in unison with the website launch.

Very Nice site, but very slow loading for me. and my internet is pretty good

one thing remove the bottom post from the footer, Looks very unprofessional having the
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.

I see you like rockettheme modulus theme? Joomla based...very nice =) I love rockettheem/joomla!
 
yeah, looks pretty good! it also took a little while to load for me as well. not annoyingly slow, but i did notice it.

good work!
 
thanks guys, i changed a few settings and added a plugin that compresses the CSS and javascript files. love to hear if that made the site any faster.

on average its loading at 3.5 seconds now ;)

Are your testimonials legit? The gold medalist caught my eye. Also, did you actually design all of those sites in your portfolio, or did you just throw some demo sites in there?
 
the testimonials are legit, the olympic swimmer is a client of mine.

and yes i have worked on all those websites.

Your website is ranking no.1 on Google for the keyword "Pandura Solutions".
I guess nobody is searching for this keyword :)
Don't mislead your customer that you are very good at SEO.
 
Loads fine for me. Picture of the dude with is laptop is hilarious. Bottom is kind of messy though. Stuff all over the place. I would simplify it a bit.

i am not an expert in SEO, that is why i am outsourcing the work.

and the site has been live for less than a week. so give it time?

Just the bottom modules below the fold. There's like 10 different things to look at. Kind of distracting. But don't change it just because I said something. Think about it yourself and re-evaluate.

Your site looks very nice! I do agree with others telling you to modify the footer a bit, but only the area your contact information is. It sorta stands out but in a not so good kind of way.

And not to knock your hustle, but I think your prices might be a bit too low, especially with the monthly rates to convince the big fish that you might be worth going to.

And that means unless you promote it manually(and in some cases that might not even work) you will probably only get the cheap plan customers.

Maybe you should do a split test with altering the prices a bit and see which one brings back better results?

The theme is the last joomla template from rockettheme... it will definately catch most of the people... but still perhaps it was better to put some customization on it or modify it so at least will take some time to realize it's a theme you can buy for 40$.
 
i did alot of customization to it. and i think it portrays my company message well enough.

i may change it when the template gets older.

as for the prices, yeah i intentionaly brough them down because i have been working with clients in vancouver before and when i used to have my prices higher, i would not receive any leads.

i plan on going with the prices i have now, and eventually implement a second website that offers free websites. that way i can have a website thats catered to cheap clients, and a website that has higher priced services.
