I've been searching for it, but can't find any state that would ban people from attending college if they dropped out of high school.

I have too. He said he was banned from attending a school for 3 years, not entirely. I'm not defending him. I'm just saying I can't find any such law on the books.
People drop out of high school all the time. That doesn't stop them from going to get their GED, especially when the program is FREE.
I'm done with this. Homeless or not, this story's got more holes in it than a pair of fishnet stockings.

That state can do anything.
When you brought a Weapon to a school, and had drugs on you.
And were facing 6 years in jail.
You are looked at as a criminal.
Everywhere you go.

At 15 I brought a weapon to school, I had drugs on me.

Look OP, I'm not trying to upset you. Really. But people on this forum don't accept vague explanations for anything. If you say something serious like you're sleeping in your car and you can't go back to school to get a degree, we aren't just going to accept that at face value. We never have.
No one should ever be homeless. No one should ever have to sleep in their car. But if you post stuff like this on the forum, you need to expect people to go looking for ways to poke holes in your story and prove you're lying.
And now that I know why you can't go back to school, I can tell you I'm all out of fucks to give. You shot yourself in the foot twice. The first time you were being a stupid kid. I get that. But it doesn't look like that's changed much.
No man is an island OP. I used to be just like you. I didn't want help from anyone. When I hit rock bottom, guess what? I had to eat humble pie and go to the people I shunned for years for help. Fortunately for me they were understanding and forgiving. They helped me get back on my feet. And now I take care of them.

There's a few people on here offering good, practical advice. Delivering pizza is a good one to get your immediate needs met. I was going to add handing out flyers for a few hours here and there for anyone that needs that done on this site. Don't CPA offers do well with that kind of advertising? Of course the best one is drink lots of orange juice, and when you're able to upgrade, drink large Orange Julius' 'cause that shit will make you pass out from shear taste bud overload.
If any bad feelings start getting to you, or if it gets hard to make good decisions for yourself, look up Tim Phizackerly. It's unreal what a few minutes spent on his product (free) can do. I spent one night on the street a long time ago in an apt building stairwell with a cat I borrowed. Put him back on his porch in the early AM and moved into my place later on the same day. Restless night, nice cat. Drink your oj, man, that's key...

Why don't you make $50 easy bucks a day on mturk (doing surveys) and rent a room for like $100 a month, the rest of the money you use for food, internet and phone bill. Whatever is left invest in I.M. Also apply for government assistance, they will give you like $500 a month in food, dude you can get out of your situation RIGHT NOW. Fuck self pity, start working, all you need is a pc, check, you have that.
