I receive to email about 2-3 hours ago, they will not pay to u, if u don't fill the form.

New govt regulations are implemented everywhere. Tax is charged by Govt not Google and everyone knows the corrupt schemes of USA govt. We as citizens can take care of ourselves, not need for govt to interfere.

There's no double taxation most of the time. If your country has a double taxation agreement with the US, there shouldn't be any issue. Just fill out whatever they ask you.

If you work for an affiliate or CPA network, you should submit a tax form before you can get paid since ages.
