GD is most likely valuing that keyword/domain as high because of the CPC. "Mesothelioma" has historically been a high-paying keyword, which inspired a deluge of minisites built around that niche many years ago.
As an aside, I would advise you to take GoDaddy's valuation bot (or any other domain estimator, e.g. EstiBot) with a grain of salt. There are many better ways to appraise a domain name than to use one of these AI tools.
Although, to be fair, I will sometimes send a screenshot of NameWorth's inflated "appraisal" to a potential buyer just to mess with his head or to kill a lowball offer.

Oh no you don't understand - someone is buying these for 10% of the valuation (if over $4,000) so I was hoping someone had a spreadsheet of these and I can mail the whois of the owners and try and low ball them for $150 or something.
I know it's garbage but a lot of clients take them seriously. I just used that example because its the highest one I thought of on the top of my head.

If I understand, you want to send domains with Godaddy appraisal of $4000 to someone. My question is will the name be registered or unregistered? If unregistered, what stops them from registering the names and not pay you a dime. If there a third party or something?
