Godaddy Samming?

Today I have seen an interesting post in another web forum
Its about Godaddy
I want to confirm whether it happened with others or not

the thing is, one user purchased/registered an expired domain through godaddy
now that domain listed is his account, but user saying this domain enlisted in godaddy auction with out his knowledge

it can happen or something wrong with the user, what he is claiming?

I read that multiple times that if you try to register a valuable expired domain through godaddy they just take it and register it in their name, thats why i tried to stay away from that company when i registered mine.

Anyone have legit informations about that accusation?

Its a strange one for sure but there have been reports of similar things happening over the years.

I don't know if it is happening, and if I'm being honest I am a little sceptical, but it is enough that when checking availability of domains I always stuck to whois servers and other registrars where possible just in case.

Someone should try registering godaddysucksballs.com and see if they steal that one.
