GoDaddy reveals multiple-year security breach

The company is pure trash, and I can't see why anyone would host a domain there. If my memory serves me correctly, they even use to steal your domain names as well.
 
i found out last week godaddy bills customers $20 for a .com renewal. everyone else is $10.
one of the worst companies in the industry. especially with all their deceptive practices like stealing domains.
but they are an established brand-name and many people who do not know better will give them their money.
namecheap is the runnner up for worst registrar.

Yep, and they even "snipe" domains when you search them if it meets a certain criteria and is available.
 
Just another reason to not use that fckd-up company ever. To bad newbies use them all the time. They prey on newbies.
