Godaddy request to unlock account

hello everyone
this is 4 days i register a domain in godaddy and after 2 days they send me an email asking me to unlock my account by sending some documents. identity card, with photo, and payment card... trough a link, so when im tryying to submitt the request trough the page in the finale step appear an error message, "there was an error submitting request:CSE002"
