I prefer namecheap. The hosting is a great price and it includes a free SSL that auto renews every year, it’s a good deal to be fair!
 
vote for NC too. Had some strange things happened when I searched for domains with GD. Several times in a row got good available names and then, second later they where gone....
 
I buy from GoDaddy. I have found the support quite decent.
 
Yeah namecheap and you won't have any troubles with domain and it won't dehydrate your wallet :D
