Hey Guys,

Have any of you had trouble with godaddy sending the EPP authorisation code to your email? i have tried loads of times over the last few days they are deliberately not sending it for some reason, they never reply to my tickets even though they said response time was 4 hours, (24 hours ago) but when i opened the ticket they sent a confirmation email funnily enough so they are getting through.

Edit: Just saw a message in my control panel they did reply with a useless "how to" get my epp code even though i told them i did that already!

God it's like blood from a stone lol is it just me they are messing around?

cheers guys

Graham

i never had problems with that, always received my code instantly by email when i requested it through the control panel

check your email spam box and make sure you don't have some kind of spam filters that delete their message

Hey Mate,

Graham,
Login> Domains > then did you go to your exportable lists, and check ALL available boxes,
including "internationalized" domain names,
then no compression etc....
click export, then refresh and then it will apprear with ALL details you need,
get the code an voila.
By the way, which registrar or you transferring to?
also did you read here?
Code:
http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/1685/getting-an-authorization-code-to-transfer-your-domain-name
Code:
http://billing.qth.com/kb.php?cat=4&action=article&id=76
please update once you get it sorted.
Cheers

Dunno what happened to the original poster, but this method worked for me. I think I was not receiving the emails due to the PrivacyGuard not fwding me correctly.

Thanks a ton, Goal Line! Cheers!

Ended up having to cancel the PrivacyGuard, then GoDaddy allowed the transfer
