Godaddy/MySQL/Wamp/Remote Access

Hey..have a question.

I'm trying to access my MySQL database that's on Godaddy from Wamp.
I just learned that Godaddy doesn't allow remote access to MySQL databases.
Does anyone know a way around this possibly?

switch over to hostgator possibly? Sorry, I know that doesn't really help you for the time being, but I don't have an answer to your original question buddy. Hopefully someone can answer this!

Thanks man.. yeah I'll probably end up switching eventually. I just wanted to double check to see if someone has a solution to avoid the hassle.
