as the title says, i registerd a domain with them two days ago and now they are asking to uploas a picture of the debit card i used. the problem is i used a gift card that has no name on it. what should i do?

Use the chat support and explain the situation.

Just tell them what the situation is and send them a picture of the gift card along with you holding them, if they still don't believe that then you can simply ask them for a refund and move to another company.

Agreed, try calling them. I have heard that is the fastest way to go.
