godaddy instantpage

I have many domain names and plan on developing most of them but since it is me doing all the work it takes time. When you buy a dn from G/D you get a free instantpage "site".

I was thinking of doing those for the pending domain names and am wondering if it would have any (good/bad) affect on ranking,etc.

of course pending domains affect PR . but i think you can try to park it on a good company , they do good optimision
