ok so im new hosting transfers and if you could spare me two minutes of your time i would be very grateful its just that my website do not comply with godaddys TOS and im scared my website will get shut down so i need to transfer my hosting offshore ive found my offshore host which is underhost.us i was wondering to transfer hosting manually my self how would i do this? please help me with this its my first time doing this ive done research and emailed questions to underhost but they do not go into enough detail so please help if you can

You have to change you current dns settings to point to the new hosting's nameservers. Then you have to add the domain on the new hosting (this depends from hosting to hosting but they will provide a way to map the domain to a real path on your hosting). Details here:

thanks i sorted it in the end much appreciated tho;)

In a simple way just download all files from current host(godaddy) by using filezilla or any other FTP tool and now go to your new host and upload all files and change Domain name servers to new hosting account and delete the files from godaddy.
