yeah man that is all you need to get. I would get the linux because it runs better with wordpress if you decide to go that route.

GO for the economy plan with Linux. Hosting Wordpress on windows can be a pain in your ass coz most of them do not support .htaccess.. You need web.config instead!!
As for the provider, I am gonna choose HG from now on ( i advertised GD even a month ago, but they are failing to deliver me the quality of service that they used to)... If you are looking for something cheap, then try hostdime.in ( hostdime India has very cheap rates, and you can pay monthly too!).
