Godaddy Free Workspace Email Accounts Not Provided

Godaddy provide 100 free workspace email accounts(NOT CPANEL) with 100MB space for web hosting before, but I can't find it in my new web hosting that I bought today, I can only create forwarding email accounts.

Does Godaddy not provide it now? Any body who host on godaddy please help.

I called to them, Godaddy not provide free workspace accounts for cPanel Linux plans, they still offering that on plesk hosting plans
