godaddy coupons doesn't work for old customers anymore?

i have been using godaddy coupons for years now as it's very cheap and i don't have any problem with them but i read some comment on this forum that it's no longer work for old customers and i think it's true since i haven't been able to use those $1 domain coupon for like a month now. Anyone experiencing this? Thank you

it's look like godaddy block permission to current customers, only new customers can use coupon code now.
