GoDaddy .com domains for $1

Was just here to post this as well.

I wanted to pay by paypal as the option was there but as soon as I enter the code COMIC the paypal option was gone. So now it's only credit card or check options left.

I'm just wondering whether what's in the terms & conditional for the $1 coupon if I'm gonna pay by credit card. Are they gonna force a hosting plan or something?Or maybe can't transfer it out within a few years? That way they'll make the money back eventually.

godaddy blows .. they couldnt get me to reg another domain there if they made it free ..
 
Thanks for the info,I was able to get a possible million dollar domain for $1.18. In a niche thats never been done before.
 
AFter order look closely for additional subscriptions ;) They may charge you after one month or so if you don't cancel them.
 
did anyone actually buy more than one ? last time it was limit 1 per account so nothing special. if it has no limit then of course would be hot
 
still working for you guys ? tried it just now but says invalid or ineligible. I first had 2 domains in there , just to test - deleted one still says he same. Anybody know the T&C on that one ?

edit just tried - one only as it just gives the discount for 1 domain in the cart. So nothing great , as usual with them.

It probably was only 5,000 or 10,000 coupons they go fast now,since everyone wants a $1 domain,and it had been a while since the last one. And people probably created multiple godaddy accounts to take advantage of it.

yeah the fuckers charged me website tonight some shit for 2 months but they refunded when i told them i m not gonna buy any further domains from godaddy :rolleyes:

I've got a question.
Godaddy $1 .com + private = $11 first year then $18 next year.
Namecheap is $10 .com + whoisguard = $10 first year then $13 next year.

Godaddy still worth it if you want a whois protection?
 
I got no idea for a domain. Last time I bought a come at Netfirms, it was for $4.95 and I am yet to make any use of it.

This ridiculous price is just making this wrong.
 
I just tried this, didn't work, do I have to do some special order?

Or is just that every offer is gone? (damn needed a domain right now)
