I purchased a PR3 domain for about 15.00 bucks that actually ended up costing me over $30 by the time i checked it out. What a false sense of security. Your suckered into believing that your winning bid will be all you have to pay but in fact thats only for the expired domain. Then they try to upsell and add a bunch of shit to your shopping cart total to force you to buy all kinds of other services including the one year renewal of your domain name. Final price, $32.xx.
What a bunch of shit. Yet, the other day i purchase an expired domain that cost me $9 without any additional charges added on.
Let stay consistent here!!!! Howcome it only cost $9? Where is the 1yr domain registration? If they are adding to my total in the first instance why not the second?
I cant believe the number of people who sit in the auctions all day refreshing their screens just to grab that pr domain. Its pretty amazing.
I tend to get what i want during the hours of 1am -5am when most of the USA is sleeping. I just snake the domain easily by outbidding everyone at those hours. This method works a treat. Want that pr4 domain? Stay up after 1am, find the domain you want and do a proxy bid when nobody is there. You win every time.
