Well, a regular Chargeback with Creditcards is not a simple Click.
Sure, the first step is to reach out to GoDaddy.
The Chargeback process takes time, and if the OP has paid for it, he should ask GoDaddy first. However, I would wait a maximum of one week, with one Reminder in between.
If they want money, they send you e-mails like Newsletters.
To be precise, the OP is already banned—they will not "rescue" his Auction Account (ToS).
Op will go to his Bank / Card Issuer - Fill out the Dispute with the Reason that the Goods / Service was not delivered - The card issuer checks it and refunds OP immediately (Step 1) and sends it to the card network (Most likely the Payment-Service-Provider in between, I guess its Stripe for GD)
GD gets the notification and has to prove that Goods or Services were Delivered with Documentation (and believe me, that's a bunch of documents they ask for) - or they accept it

- in case they don't, it goes back to Payment service Provider, they check it, Bank of OP checks it - Either the proof is valid (OP gets a debit) - File closed. Or he initiates a second Chargeback, and this is then the same drama - at the end, there is Arbitration where the Payment Service Provider decides - and NOBODY, not even Godaddy, wants this manual effort, nor always getting the Chargeback Fee.
So, don't wait - ask for a refund. - or tell them you are getting your Money back.
Banning you from their auctions is their own ToS, but each transaction is separate from the banking POV.
So don't wait, get your Money back.
If you have a VISA or MC, I guess it's 14 days only for them to provide that evidence; for Amex, it's 28 Days, as far as I remember.
If you pay via PayPal, it's even easier.
