Godaddy auction hiking prices for domains

I bid for 2 expiring domains on the godaddy action service

Domain 1: 12 usd
Domain 2: 15usd

And i won.

But when it comes to paying godaddy wants to charge me 24 and 30 respectively.

Is there something I'm not getting?

When you bid for a domain the bid is only for the domain itself, you need to pay for the renewal (with godaddy prices) and taxes. It should be clear what you are paying at the checkout page
