So I'm looking into buying a domain from GoDaddy and it says age is 5, does that mean it holds it's age when I get it from GoDaddy. Or how can I tell that it hasn't been parked too long and lost it's authority? Never understood this, thanks

An aged domain is usually a good thing
If it previously had a site on it there may be some backlinks still out there
Also, alexa might take that as a good thing

Other than that it doesnt mean much though

Aged Domain is good for building authority or link network.

Reason why only quality networks use aged domains.
