God this may be VERY NOOBY Cookiestuffer help

I recently got a new site that is an addon domain to my original site.
Now I am trying to add the cookiestuffer script from CS.com (acronym) but I cant for the life of me get it to come up!
There is no admin panel etc. and I dont know why.
I am installing it under

Main domain>public_html>Addon domain>public_html>script goes here

But for some reason it doesnt come up.
I know it should work but does anyone know why it wouldnt
Its really pissin me off and I feel so nooby right now lol..

can you provide more details ? what kind of website ?

why don't you use manual techniques most of them worked for me
