Today I've just been contacted by a second new client in a week who decided to go the cheap route outsource their site to an Indian coding company and have been left with a half-finished scrambled mess of spaghetti code.

I'm from India, and I really hate companies like these.

They give a bad name to hard working guys that actually provide quality. That's why I'm planning on moving out of India for my business related activities.

There are skilled people as well. Obviously No one work for pennies these days.
Cant blame the workers when the employer pay cheap.

We are not talking about food, we talk about how these people work cheap and provide sh1t services/products, at least in the online world i never got a good service from an indian, sorry. Just my experience.

LOL, I'm from india and years before i hired a europian guy for a script, he left in the middle. This is nothing to do with country. Remember, before you hire anyone, you should have well document. Ask every detail possible. Just because they are cheap doen't mean you'll jump to the ocean. And finally, you should have decent knowledge in what you are outsourcing. I know some badass coders in my friendlist.

You hired the shit guys, coz you didn't know what to expect ( in other words, you're a noob, lol). Your whole interview process was wrong, probably. Did you bother giving them a test task before hiring them? Did you bother checking their code quality? Did you sign a physical contract with them?

It has nothing to do with hiring someone, from any country for that matter. Programming and project management skills are more important than country. There will always be good, bad and the ugly ones. You gotta know what you are dealing with.. lol.

When US and European Freelancers bit** about clients online, the client is an idiot. Probably it's the same idiot who outsourced for cheap ?

Indian Coders should start talking about Cheap American and European Clients who can't write a Proper Project Scope then expect you to deliver the sky for peanuts after reading their mind.

It's not like people are out to get Indians. But due to your population size, you guys are everywhere. There is a very slim chance that someone who works in IM won't come across horrible work done by an Indian.

Second that, met gazillion of shitty indian service providers and handful of great ones.

Its Just when you have +1 billion citizens country where most talk English (unlike China) you get everything 100x times.
