i must say i am happy to see this thread on BHW. I already donated 1 weeks worth of my own pay. It's the least i can do. In a country where $1 is worth so much more, any dollar really counts and does make a difference. If you can afford to donate you should. It's sad that it takes things like this to make us realize we are all the same people, wanting the same things. We have been separated by invisible boarders since the dawn of time it seems, at times we forget that we are all one and the same.
I hope the red cross gets enough to really make the best out of a horrible situation.

For those who cant donate its still pretty good to link to one of these sites or post about it on Social networking to help nudge people in the donating mood.

Every little helps. And There is still thousands of people missing lets pray for many more people found well.

I will definitely include Haiti People in my prayers. Lets all PRAY for the quick restoration of Haiti..

I would recommend donating to smaller charities, because the larger agencies (i.e. red cross) have been caught several times embezzling a large amount of funds donated to the organization.

I myself donated $50 in last night's Holland Helps Haiti TV Special.

Isn't it wonderful how in these times of disaster the Haitian common-folk decide against solidarity and instead start plundering and raping? Human's are an amusing species.
