GoCardless experience

Hey guys,

does anyone made some experience with GoCardless as a payment processor? It seems like a good alternative to a credit card payment processor. What is the average time it takes to receive money from the customer? What is the average percentage of failed transactions in your experience? Thanks is advance!

Depends on your product and market - for BH I don't think it would work well.

Settlement is slightly longer, depends on customer's bank account and also your bank.

from my experience i tell you to move on.
The support is full of arogant agents that don't help with anything.
The onboarding process is also a pain in the ass and it costs and the fee is not refundable and it depends on the volume you declare.

Thanks mate! Didn't pursue it with them, actually found out that Shopify had a pay by link or button feature without the need to have a Shopify website...neat!
